Konata is a short and long blue-haired blue hair girl who have 3 best friends she spend time with in School. Her personality is hate studying but yet can pass her test, playing online games all the time even throughout the entire night, she calls herself otaku who is not normal, love cosplaying and work in a cosplay cafe, have tons of manga, posters, and figurine in her room, and watch anime alot. She also sometimes speak in a very otaku way went she talk to her friends and have a different nerdy way when talking online that even normal people cant read.

That my friend, is Konata Izumi. Lucky Star is only for those people who watch enough anime. It have 26 episode with tons and tons of anime references and it highly funny.
