How are you? I've been fine.

I've been working too, but had a few days off to go and see my older sister and baby nephew. They are both fine thank you for asking. How is your family?
We didn't really do much, went shopping in York and went to a mother and baby group with her.

Yes I've been visiting Nora, every 2 weeks or when I can. She had a mini stroke the other day, which got me a little concerned, but i'm doing a first aid course next week.
