Well, things that are worthwhile are almost never easy, that goes for friendships or anything else. Better to have a few great friends than a hundred fake ones. It gets a little frustrating going through a bunch of dead-end conversations, but as long as you get a couple good ones out of it, it's all right.

I've just been going to classes and having my ordinary life. What about you?

But you are right that it can be difficult to get good relationships with people here. Sometimes you just want to give up. I, personally, have met a few really great and interesting people during my time here though, so it's not impossible!
