If I'm going based off the old games I might have to say Vulpix or Dragonair. Although I have a soft spot for Mew, but who doesn't?
Oh yeah, I enjoy playing all of those. I already played Yellow, Crystal and Emerald. Currently am playing Platinum. :) Who's your favorite Pokemon?
