Good day! You have been a busy person! You know that you aren't that far from a nice reef (Belize). I see that you enjoy tennis but have you ever seen the Real game? I have an student who is a pro at at Real Tennis court in Dorset. You might find the game interesting (although a bit confusing) but it is THE game that yawn (I mean lawn;' ) tennis comes from. As I sit here with my plate of kailan, jasmine rice and kimchi I wonder if you have any favourite dishes from the PRC? I used to love hot and sour soup with sizzling rice when I was in Chengdu.
