The last Sunday I went to the biggest event in the Japanese cultural house in Mexico. It is called "Lights of Japan" and it takes place every year.
I loved it!!!. I tasted Sake for the first time!! :) I tried new food, and there were a lot of musicians and a concert from an alternative Japanese/Mexican band.
But now I have to get ready for dinner, so I will tell you everything on Sunday and will show you some pictures of "Lights of Japan"

It is amazing all the variety of flowers that you have in every season of the year!!!.
All the pictures are lovely, very colourful, a lot of pink and purple and lavender flowers. It is very beautiful :)
Here in Mexico City the weather is also getting better. It is almost spring and the Jacarandas are in bloom. The city is covered with the purple flowers and their sweet smell. I love it!!!. In the country there's is a wide variety of flowers in bloom this time of the year, but it is necessary to travel out of the city to see them.
I love that the weather is getting warm. I feel that everything is happier during the Spring and Summer!!! :)
AHHHHHHHHH HAMUSHIN I AM SOOOOO SURPRISED!!!
I just watched the video of Andersen's fairy and this is the fairy that I used to watch when I was a little girl!!!! :)
It was translated into Spanish and I watched it on weekends!.
It was my favourite tv show (now I know it is anime, isn't it?)
I was in love with Andersen's fairy, but suddenly it disappeared from Mexican TV and never watched it again.

You put a smile upon my face and brightened my afternoon up!! :) I feel very happy :)
I have been looking for flights to go to Japan next year in the airline where I have my vouchers, but there are still no flights to Japan for next year. So I will wait until may to buy my tickets.
In may they have a "hot sale" and all their flights have big discounts!!!, so I will buy them in may and when I have them I will let you know immeditely!!! I know I will be very excited:)
I have been waiting for a long time for this trip...
Of course I hope that the situation in Ukraine improves soon. I hope that the war stops soon and we live in peace again to enjoy our beautiful world and everybody can get along and hold hands.
The situation with Corona is getting better and better in Mexico. The majority of the population is already vaccined and have the booster dose. All the country will be green next week.
I noticed that a lot of countries are lifting all the travel restrictions and tourism is opening again.
I hope the Japanese government lifts travel restrictions as well.

Right now here in Mexico the Japanese embassy has an online Film Festival with a lot of recent movies to stream.
Yesterday me and my nieces watched a movie called "ReLife" by Furusawa Takeshi.
I invited them to watch it with me because they also love Japanese culture and we loved it!!. We were talking about what we would do if we could go back in time and change things. It was very sweet.
Tomorrow I will watch a movie called "Happy Flight" by Yaguchi Shinobu and I will also watch a documentary "The God of Ramen" by Innami Takashi. It looks very interesting!!. The Film festival will finish on February 27th, so I still have time to watch more movies :)
I am very excited because one of my favourite bands (my second favourite) Smashing Pumpkins are coming to Mexico City in may and I will go to buy my tickets very early tomorrow!!! :)
I am crazy about music and I love going to concerts.

In Mexico we have great shows with typical Mexican music and dances. They are totally incredible!!!. I go to see them everytime I can and I still feel amazed!!. I will look for one that I record in Xcaret Park 2 weeks ago when I went with my mother in law and I will send it to you.
