Well, my favorites are Michael and Linc (+LJ) for sure, but Sucre is a great guy too, and for some reason I like C-Note. When I watched the whole thing for the first time (I was like 11-14 yo) Gretchen was one of my least favorite persons, but now I kinda like her too! Same happened with Sara. And "Paul". Annnd Mahone.. haha, I'm hopeless. But Bellick and T-Bag are the ones I've never liked.
