Hello Ajeng! Well, I don't know too much about what's happening right now in Indonesia, maybe you can give me some insight. Who's your preferred candidate? What are the consequences of this election in the short term?

Well... Things right now have been relatively calm because of the world cup, people is enjoying it so protests are becoming less common, but I foresee things in September will be tense again because university classes restart so that means riots and other disturbances.

A third-year student, really? Time goes fast, eh? I'm already into my third year at my current job - and been back from Japan for over four years - crazy! :Z

How were the exam results? are they out yet?

Well, I got back from Znojmo, and did a few weeks of work in Vienna. Also a week in a small town called Deutsch-Wagram, which is not very interesting apart from having a very famous restaurant, where almost every star who visits Vienna ends up going. It was quite an experience - every surface on the walls (and ceilings) is covered with stuff - religious icons, old flat-irons, cigarette cards, clocks, pictures, dolls.... it's an amazing place, like somewhere between a museum and your mad aunt's house (if you have one of those...) but with food :>

Sorry I've been so slow to reply! Had a bit of stress, with difficult classes, and also a few lesson plans which I'm writing and selling for extra cash!

Am home now, though, taking a relax for a week. How's things with you?
